Landowner lives on site to keep a close eye on everything. A small creek is the border to the east. All wooded areas on the property are mature hardwoods. I found several oaks that should be dropping mast during season. Several good trails are present along the creek and coming into the fields. Plenty of setup locations for both bow and crossbow.
